Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups of natural yogurt
- 200 g of type cheese Tirolez Standard Mines grated in the coarse drain
- 500 g fish fillet
- paprika to taste
Preparation mode:
– Wash the spinach leaves, place them in a pan, cover and cook over low heat until wilted (about 5 minutes). Let it cool, squeeze well to remove the liquid and chop. Reserve.
– In a pan, brown the garlic in butter, add the reserved spinach and lightly saute. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat, add the yogurt, the mines cheese and stir until melted. Reserve.
– Preheat the oven to medium temperature (180ºC). In a medium rectangular refractory, have the fish fillets. Season with salt and paprika.
