Ingredients:
– ½ package of D-tone Bag Vitarella (63g)
– 1 chocolate egg of 150g
– 4 tablespoons roasted crushed peanuts
– 400ml sour cream
– 1 cup demerara sugar
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
– 1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation mode:
In a pan, put the demerara sugar and take it to the low fire until it forms a syrup.
Add the cream and stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Finish by adding vanilla essence and salt. Remove from the pan and place in a container. Wait for it to cool down.
Cut the wafers into irregular pieces.
Stuff the chocolate eggs with the wafer pieces, covering with the salted caramel.
Decorate with broken peanuts and whole wafers. Serve immediately.
