Ingredients:
– 1 package of crushed oatmeal cookies
– 1 tablespoon of Tirolez Unsalted Butter
– 4 tablespoons of water
– 200g of Tirolez Ricotta Cream
– 1 small banana
– 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
– Juice of ½ lemon
– 2 small bananas cut into slices
– Cinnamon powder, to taste
Preparation mode:
In a container, mix the crushed biscuit, butter and water until you get a farofa.
Line the bottom and sides of the pie or muffin molds with the flour and place in the oven to pre-bake for 10 minutes. Reserve.
In the blender, beat the ricotta cream, 1 banana, the vanilla extract and the lemon juice.
Distribute the cream among the pre-baked doughs (approximately 1 heaping tablespoon in each dough) and place a few slices of banana on each of the pies; sprinkle cinnamon
(optional).
Return the pies to the oven for another 15 minutes and serve.
