Novo Hamburgo holds the Live Fish Fair 2023 on April 6th and 7th, offering the opportunity to sell fresh fish for Good Friday.
Points of sale will be in two locations:
Straws – at Praça Centenário, between Rua Bartolomeu de Gusmão and Avenida General Daltro Filho, next to UPA Canudos;
Grand Race – at Rua João Aloysio Algayer, number 1238, in front of the Directorate for the Promotion of Rural Development.

- Friday the 7th from 7 am to 12 pm.
The 2023 Peixe Vivo Fair is a partnership between the Secretariat for Economic Development (Sedec), through the Directorate for Fostering Rural Development, Emater/RS and Sicredi Pioneira. This year, fish farmers will offer fish raised in Lomba Grande in the carp and tilapia species, whether live, gutted or fillet-shaped.
Direct on the properties
In addition to the two locations, the fish farmers will make the fish available for collection on their properties and/or through tele-delivery (consult with the fish farmer).
