Ingredients:
– 500g Vitarella Special Penne
– 700g desalted codfish
– 300g julienne-cut onion
– 200g julliene-cut green peppers
– 200g julliene-cut red bell pepper
– 100ml extra virgin olive oil
– 200ml ready-made tomato sauce
– 200ml sour cream
– 2 cod or vegetable stock cubes
– 3 cloves of minced garlic
Preparation mode:
Cook the penne in water and salt al dente, set aside. After desalting the codfish, shred it and set aside. Take the olive oil to heat and saute the onion and peppers, add the cod and stir well. Put the tomato sauce and let it boil. Finally, the sour cream.
Season with cod broth and mix with the penne already cooked al dente. Serve.
