Montenegro’s traditional Live Fish Fair will take place this Wednesday and Holy Thursday (April 5th and 6th), from 9 am to 6 pm, in various parts of the city. Held by the Municipal Secretariat for Rural Development (SMDR), in partnership with the Montenegrin Association of Fish Farmers (AMOP) and Emater, the fair brings together fish farmers from different communities to sell fish.
According to the SMDR veterinarian, Júlia Führ Kranz, it will be an important event for those who purchase the product and fundamental for fish farmers. In total, there will be nine points of sale in town squares, roads and houses.
