Ingredients:
– 1 pack of Adria Light Toast
– Juice of 4 lemons
– 2 tablespoons of chopped coriander
– 1 chopped chili pepper
– 1 sliced red onion
– ½ bottle of coconut milk
– 3 tilapia fillets in strips
– 1 stalk of chopped celery
– 1 ripe but firm avocado
Preparation mode:
Season the tilapia fillets with the juice of the four lemons, leaving them for a few minutes. Then add the other ingredients. Drain and serve over toast. Decorate with avocado slices.
