Sinimbu organizes its Feira do Peixe 2023 for the sale of fish during Holy Week. Through work by the Department of Agriculture and Emater of the Municipality, this year’s Fish Fair will again be held in the rammed earth of the dams, directly on the fish farmers’ property, and will also take place in the center of Sinimbu, next to the Rural Fair.
According to the Secretary of Agriculture, Félix Weis, there will be sales on Linha São João, on the properties of Gerson Maas and Astor Nicknig. In the center of Sinimbu, marketing will be done by Lauro Back.
“Despite the drought, which has jeopardized fish production in recent years, we have again managed to get three producers from Sinimbu who will be selling their production. We will have fish sales in the dams of the dams and we will return with the sale at the Rural Fair in the center of Sinimbu. The expectation is that large quantities will be sold”, details Félix.
