Bento Gonçalves hosts the collective artistic exhibition “O Mundo da Tattoo” at Piazza Salton until April 16th. Contemplated by the Municipal Culture Fund, the show brings the talent and vision of five artists Jean Marcel Rodrigues Menegotto, Vinicius Zanelatto, Evandro Carlos da Silva, Paulo Demarchi Junior and Sabrina Rother Menegotto.
They are drawings, photographs, decals and other objects from the world of tattooing, which focus on their particular styles, history of tattooing in society and its processes. Accompanying each work by the artist, there will be an explanatory text about the technique, history and execution of the same.
In addition to 16 works produced on canvas, a history of tattooing and how it behaves in society today will also be distributed through a fanzine, addressing points such as its importance in people’s self-esteem.
