The weekend will be special, in Campo Bom, for those who enjoy games. The City Hall, through the Secretariat for Sport and Leisure (Smel), hosts, Saturday (25) and Sunday (26), at the Municipal Sports Gym Karl Heinz Kopittke, the Retro Game Zone 2023D, an event open to the general public.
Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm, is challenge day, with ten games available for you to test your skills and show that you are a real gamer, competing for medals. On Sunday, at the same time, the Tekken 3 Cup takes place, with 32 fighters, in the world cup format, disputing 1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies.
“I have always defended the diversification of sports and leisure activities and we have promoted and encouraged many sports, because just as we have an audience for football, futsal, handball, volleyball, among others, we also have many people who enjoy games. The Retro Game Zone will once again move this segment of the Campo Bonense community and the region”, observes Mayor Luciano Orsi.
The Secretary for Sports and Leisure, Eduardo Assmann, points out that shopkeepers, exhibitors, collectors and enthusiasts of the games market, from several cities in the region, were summoned to add to the event and exhibit their products. The Retro Game Zone team will organize registrations for the respective games during the course of the event, without a previously defined schedule.
