Cipatex®, leader in synthetic coatings, launches Porus® Denin, a material that unites classic jeans with the shine of glitter with the proposal to bring more style and personality to the production of shoes, bags, backpacks and other accessories.
The launch also features advantages such as the use of organic material in its composition and high technology to ensure lightness, thermal comfort and greater durability.
According to Robson Barbosa, Cipatex® development coordinator, Porus® Denin is a renewal of the Eco Jeans laminate, created by the company about two years ago, which has now received a new technology with the application of glitter and a polyurethane finish in a more fashionista.
“We identified a strong trend for shiny jeans, which led us to develop an option with specific properties for the footwear and accessories market”, he comments.
The laminate has an engraving of jeans with a stoned look, which is reminiscent of the fabric, with the glitter incorporated into the surface between its veins. The launch has the colors jeans, black, celeste, flamingo and off white.
According to Rafael Bonvicine, product and marketing manager at Cipatex®, the article was designed to meet different combinations, from more casual to more sophisticated productions, with the possibility of being used in sneakers, pumps, boots, sandals, among others.
“The appearance of a shiny fabric and the varied range of colors make the material a great ally in fashion. Porus® Denin can be applied throughout the upper or used in compositions with other items as a detail of the piece”, he adds.
In addition to the fashion look, sustainable attributes are highlights of the new line. The substrate of the product is composed of 100% organic cotton, where the materials used to weave the threads come from cassava and potato starch.
