Ingredients:
Massa
1 and a half cup (tea) of Liquid NINHO® Forti+ Whole Milk
2 tablets of MAGGI® Broth Legumes
1 small chopped carrot
3 eggs
1 and a half cup wheat flour
half a can of NESTLE® Milk Cream
Filling
1 pot of cream cheese
half a can of NESTLE® Milk Cream
half cup (tea) chopped canned mushrooms
50 g of chopped dried tomatoes
2 tablespoons green onion
Assembly
8 sprigs of green onions
Preparation mode:
Massa
In a pan, heat the milk and dissolve the vegetable broth. Put the milk in a blender, add the carrots, eggs, flour and cream and beat until you get a liquid mass.
Heat a medium skillet greased with oil and, with a ladle, pour a portion of the dough into the center, making circular movements to spread all the dough. Brown on both sides, remove and repeat the process until all the dough is finished. Reserve.
Filling
In a container, mix the cream cheese and cream well until you form a paste. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Assembly
Dip the chives in boiling water to soften, dry and cut in half lengthwise. In the center of each crepe place a portion of the filling (about a tablespoon) and bring the ends together. Tie with the chives, forming a bundle. Place on a plate and serve next.
Tip
– If desired, sprinkle the bundles with grated parmesan cheese and place in a medium-high oven (200ºC) to heat up (about 5 minutes).
