Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast (600g) cut into medium cubes;
- 2 tablespoons Da Terra curry;
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed;
- Juice of half a lemon;
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil Da Terra;
- 1/2 red or yellow bell pepper cut into cubes;
- 1 small onion diced into cubes;
- 200 ml of coconut milk;
- 1/2 cup of fresh milk cream tea;
- Dehydrated parsley from Terrinha;
- Salt and black pepper powder Da Terrinha to taste
Preparation mode:
In a container, season the chicken with the curry, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice and let it marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours. In a deep pan or frying pan, heat the coconut oil and sauté the chicken until golden brown. Add the peppers, onion and sauté until they begin to wilt.
Put the coconut milk, the cream, mix well, hit the salt, pepper and let it cook for about 3 minutes, in low fire. Turn off the heat and finish with the parsley.
