Canoas/RS – Since October 2020, being a reference in health and well-being in the Porto Alegre Metropolitan Region, the Hub da Saúde Maxplaza starts 2023 with a new record of patients served and celebrates the consolidation of its operations network.
With more and more services and amenities, today more than 20,000 people a month visit the complex, which is located in a central point of Canoas. This year, in addition to the growth of the current infrastructure, the Hub’s expectation is to advance to the completion stage of the works of new units in the Linked Teresópolis and Pontal developments, by Melnick, in the capital of Rio Grande do Sul.
Until the first half of last year, the complex in Canoas registered around 700 customers per working day at the reception – a figure that jumped to 900 people at the end of 2022. This March, for the first time since the inauguration of the Health Hub in Rio Grande do Sul, the mark of one thousand visitors was surpassed in a single day.
With easy access to the entire Metropolitan Region, the first Health Hub in Rio Grande do Sul has 64,000 square meters of built area and required an investment of R$500 million to become a reality, with commercial and residential towers and a shopping mall with health care services. support for the multipurpose enterprise.
With permanent investments in its infrastructure, Hub da Saúde Maxplaza has 13 active operations: Moinhos de Vento; DeltaMed Offices; DoctorClin; São Pietro Health Group; Digeclin Endoclin; Osteocore; Mont’serrat Laboratory; Z Coffee; Nelly’s Cafe; Carol optics; Good sound; Fold Pizzeria; and the new Guilherme Vaz Studio Haircut, launched in January to add services ranging from haircuts to massages, manicures and waxing.
By the end of this semester, Monpiel Centro de Dermatologia should also be launched. In addition, the complex still has available spaces, for which new partnerships are envisaged to further diversify the customer service network in 2023.

After the success of the operation in the Metropolitan Region, which brought an unprecedented concept to Rio Grande do Sul, the Hub da Saúde Maxplaza has been advancing to inaugurate two new units in iconic developments in Porto Alegre, which are being developed by Melnick.
