Ingredients:
– 250g refined sugar
– 2 whole eggs
– 3 sifted yolks
– 30g of wheat flour
– 150 ml of coconut milk
– 40g grated coconut
– 25g grated cheese
– 10 tablespoons Treloso Sweet Biscuit with crushed coconut flavor
– 4 tablespoons desiccated desiccated coconut
– 4 tablespoons of butter
– 1 pinch of salt
Preparation mode:
– Beat all the ingredients in the blender, except the cheese, which you only add at the end without beating too much, just to mix. Unite the forminhas with plenty of margarine and sprinkle with refined sugar.
– Bake in a water bath. Develop while still warm.
– Mix all the ingredients, and with the help of a round cutter of the same diameter as the quindim mold, make 10 units of the base on a tray and place in the oven to brown.
– On top of each base, place a quindim.
