Ingredients:
- 1/2 package of Pasta With Eggs Spaghetti Veneza 05 Todeschini
- 2.5 liters of water
- salt to taste
- strands of olive oil
- 1/2 cup bacon (diced)
- 1 can of peeled and chopped tomato
- salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (to taste)
Preparation mode:
In a skillet, brown the bacon in olive oil. Add the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Put the water and salt in a pan. Let it boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente. Drain and add to the sauce. Mix. Serve with Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
