The deadline for submitting Income Tax Program (PGD/2023) statements was started this Wednesday (3/15), by the Federal Revenue Service. From 9:00 am, the delivery and transmission functionalities, together with the pre-filled declaration information, are available at the address My Income Tax. The submission deadline ends on May 31.
Individuals (citizens) residing in Brazil, who in the calendar year (year prior to the delivery of the declaration) have added more than R＄ 28,559.70 in taxable income.
Whoever is obligated but does not send the declaration by the end of the legal period, receives a fine for the lack or delay in delivery. As long as you do not send the declaration, the person will keep their CPF in the status “pending regularization”.
