Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 cup green corn
200g of sugar
150g unbleached wheat flour
200g of white chocolate
2 spoons of vanilla essence
200g of butter
½ pack of Vitarella Pineapple Wafer Biscuits
Preparation mode:
– Melt the butter with the chopped white chocolate in a water bath.
– Beat the eggs with the corn in a blender, then mix in a container with the wheat, the chocolate mixture with the butter, and the vanilla essence.
– Place a layer of the dough, the wafer biscuit and cover with the rest of the dough in an English cake mold, greased and floured.
– Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 180ºC.
