This weekend, March 18th and 19th, another edition of the Regional Orchid Exhibition will take place, held by the Orquidófila Association of Nova Petrópolis. The event is part of the summer schedule at Jardim da Serra Gaúcha and takes place at Rua Coberta, next to Praça das Flores, with free admission.
According to the president of the Nova Petrópolis Orchid Association, Lindomar Ketzer, exhibitors are expected from around 15 cities in the state and from Blumenau, in Santa Catarina. The exhibition runs from 12:00 to 18:00 on Saturday and from 8:00 to 17:00 on Sunday.
During the event there will also be five stalls for the sale of orchids, as well as points for the sale of semi-jewels and processed foods produced in the region.
