The Teatro na Escola project will be in Montenegro next Tuesday and Wednesday, March 14th and 15thbringing culture and education to students from municipal schools with the play Agriman.
The presentations take place at the Walter Belian school, on the 14th, and at the Municipal Arts Foundation, on the 15th, at 2:00 pm and 3:30 pm (on both dates). The show seeks to promote conscious agriculture, food security, rural entrepreneurship and healthy eating among students from all regions of the country.
The project encompasses both places where agricultural activity prevails and large urban centers, in order to show public school students the path of food from the field to the table.
At the end of the presentation, a comic book is distributed to those present at the venue. This is a cultural initiative by VR Projetos, carried out by the theater group Pregando Peça and sponsored by John Deere, through the Federal Law of Incentive to Culture.
The piece
After losing his father in childhood to a disease caused by poor diet, George went to live with his grandparents in the countryside and decided that when he became an adult, he would work to raise awareness of the importance of good nutrition.
The years passed and, with the help of his grandfather, he began to understand how to be a talented and conscious farmer, learning to take care of the land and plant seeds, always with his future plan in mind. Among the seeds he planted, the Agriverse tree was born, which provides fruits that give George superpowers. With these powers, George manages to follow through with his awareness plan and becomes the Super-Hero Agriman.
The Super Hero Agriman, in addition to Agriverse, has the support of his food safety squad, Photosynthesista and Agribot, to put his goal into action. Together, they travel the world to learn about the agricultural reality of each country, give ideas about conscious agriculture, talk about healthy eating and raise awareness among young people about the importance of rural entrepreneurship.
The great adventure begins when this group decides to come to Brazil, the leading country in arable land, with the second largest agriculture in the world.
