INGREDIENTS:
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ small chopped onion
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 4 ½ cups (tea) of water
- 02 legume broth tablets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 cups brown rice (tea)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ½ cup cream (milk)
- 250g Catupiry® Light Culinary Curd
- 100g cooked and shredded chicken
- ½ bunch of cooked broccoli (flowers only)
PREPARATION MODE:
In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft.
Add the garlic and fry until golden. Pour boiling water, vegetable stock, salt and cook until boiling. Put the rice, cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 40 minutes. Mix the butter, milk cream, curd cheese, salt and pepper in the cooked rice. And lastly, put the shredded chicken and broccoli, cap for 5 min. Serve right away.
