Kuhn do Brasil is at Expodireto Cotrijal, one of the largest agro fairs in the world. Between March 6th and 10th, in Não-Me-Toque (RS), the multinational will take its three main innovations at the moment: the Accura 4.0 BX fertilizer spreader, the Stinger unpacking machine with automatic reset and the Grain Max bulk trailer 20,000. The machines are mainly aimed at serving medium-sized producers with increased yields and better cost-effectiveness.
The main highlight of the equipment is durability, a feature that is already common in Kuhn’s portfolio. In the case of the Accura 4.0 BX, the 4 m³ reservoir and application range of up to 36 meters stand out, in addition to a 190 hp engine and 4×4 hydrostatic transmission. The machine combines the robustness of the Boxer 2000 H sprayer, already recognized in the market, with the distribution efficiency of the Accura line.
In the other two machines, high performance is also a prominent factor. The Stinger has an unpacking depth of up to 45 cm and rod spacing of 55, 60 and 65 cm on the same chassis. The rod system has automatic reset: when an obstacle is identified, the rod disarms and rearms automatically without having to stop work. The equipment has 4 to 9 rods carried and with the option of towing from 6 rods.
The Grain Max 20,000 is a gravity discharge equipment with a capacity of 20,000 liters – approximately 16,000 kg or 266 bags of soybeans. The high flow tube is 470 mm and the equipment has transmission through gear and oil bathed chain (without transmission box).
The characteristics of the three pieces of equipment that Kuhn will present at Cotrijal demonstrate that it is possible to meet the demands of Brazilian producers with quality machines and high technology. “Our focus is on innovating, offering technologies that facilitate and optimize work in the field. This is what justifies the cost-benefit ratio of these machines for producers with the certainty that they will use them for many years”, points out José Carlos Bassetti, Marketing Manager at Kuhn.
international presence
The Kuhn stand at Cotrijal will also receive the international visit of President Thierry KRIER; Commercial and Marketing Vice President Rolf SCHNEIDER; Vice President of Engineering at Kuhn Saverne Christophe JEANROY. They will visit the fair and reinforce the relationship with the main producers and customers in the Kuhn space. The agenda for the visit to Brazil also includes the inauguration of the new Kuhn parts distribution and training center in Palmas (TO) to strengthen its presence throughout the Matopiba region.
“We are experiencing a positive moment of expansion in more national regions, the arrival of the international board reinforces the importance of the Brazilian market for Kuhn. Cotrijal will be an opportunity for us to get even closer to large customers and follow a positive agenda in this 1st quarter of the year”, stresses Bassetti.
