Ingredients:
– ¾ cup of sugar
– 2 whites
– 100 ml whipped cream
– 3 tablespoons mint liqueur
– Mint green food coloring to taste
– Mint scent to taste
– 2 packs of Malted Milk Cookie Covered with Piraquê Chocolate
– Confectionery of your choice to taste
Preparation mode:
– Heat the sugar with 100 ml of water.
– Cook until tender.
– Beat the egg whites until stiff and without stopping beating, gradually pour in all the sugar syrup. Whisk until completely cooled.
– Add the whipped cream to the egg whites, add the liqueur, coloring and mint aroma.
– Mix well, transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
– When assembling, make small balls of ice cream, fill the cookies and freeze some more.
– Pass the confectionery and serve ice cream.
