Ingredients:
200g of white corn flour (or cassava)
1 garlic minced (half a teaspoon of pickled garlic)
1 spoon of Pure Flavor Margarine
½ chopped cabbage
½ chopped onion
2 eggs
1 cooked plantain
Preparation mode:
– Cook the plantain until it becomes soft and set aside.
– Then, melt the margarine in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic and cabbage.
– The next step is to add the plantain cut into large cubes and the eggs cut into pieces.
– Finally, add the white corn or cassava flour.
