Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of margarine
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 medium potatoes cut into thin slices
3 eggs
Half a teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon KITANO Nutmeg
1 teaspoon KITANO thyme
Preparation mode:
Heat the margarine and oil in a frying pan and fry the potatoes until lightly browned.
Beat the eggs, season with salt and nutmeg and pour over the potatoes in the pan.
