INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small piece of chopped onion
- 1 piece of minced garlic clove
- 2 cups (tea) of rice 7 whole grains CAMIL
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 6 cups boiling water
- 2 cups arugula (roughly torn)
- 1/2 cup buffalo mozzarella, cut in half
- 10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
PREPARATION MODE:
In a pan, over medium heat, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the cereals and sauté for a few minutes. Add salt and boiling water. Partially cover the pan and cook over medium heat for 30 to 40 minutes or until the liquid dries up and the beans are cooked through. Turn off the heat and add the arugula, buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes. Mix and serve then.
