Ingredients:

2 and 3/4 cups (tea) chopped carrots (302.5g)
3 egg units (180g)
1 cup (tea) oil (200ml)
1 cup (tea) UNIÃO brown sugar (130g)
2 cups (tea) wheat flour (220g)
1 cup (tea) UNIÃO refined sugar (160g)
1 tablespoon (soup) grated cocoa powder (6g)
1 cup (tea) chopped walnuts (100g)
1 cup (tea) seedless dark raisins (110g)
1 tablespoon(s) grated baking powder (0)
1 spoon (coffee) cinnamon powder (1.5g)
unsalted butter for greasing

ROYAL ICING
1 cup (tea) icing sugar UNIÃO GLAÇÚCAR (115g)
1 tablespoon clear (10g)
2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
Preparation mode:
MASSA
In a blender, beat the chopped carrot, the eggs, the oil, the brown sugar and set aside. In a bowl, mix the wheat flour, refined sugar, cocoa powder, nuts, raisins, baking powder, cinnamon powder and add the reserved mixture.
Place in a medium English cake tin (23 cm x 7 cm) greased and lined with butter paper, also greased. Bake in preheated oven. Unmold and decorate with royal icing.
ROYAL ICING
Mix the ingredients until you get a homogeneous frosting and use it to decorate the cake.
Tips
If you prefer to prepare the icing in advance, leave it covered with a damp cloth until ready to use.
