Ingredients:
3 cups Finna wheat flour
1 cup warm water cottage cheese
2 spoons of oil
1 level spoon of salt
Filling
300g grated mozzarella cheese
Preparation mode:
– In a bowl, place the sifted flour and salt;
– Gradually add the warm water and oil; stir until incorporated;
– Knead the dough until smooth. Make a ball and wrap it in plastic film and leave it for 30 minutes in the fridge;
– With the help of a rolling pin, open the dough and cut it in the shape you want;
– Add the cheese in the middle and close the pastry, pressing the sides with a fork so that the filling does not leak when frying;
– Fry in hot oil until golden.
Tip: take advantage of this same dough and assemble cones to make straws and fill them with dulce de leche or brigadeiro.
