Those interested in participating as exhibitors at Fenadoce 2023, which will take place from June 2nd to 18th, in Pelotas/RS, should pay attention to the pre-registration dates for the internal stands, in the central area of the multifair.
The process will be divided into three distinct categories between February 23rd and March 3rd and all companies must be associated with the Pelotas Chamber of Shopkeepers or join the entity to have a stand at the fair. Pre-registration will take place online on the website www.fenadoce.com.br.
Initially, pre-registrations will be open from the 23rd to the 26th of February for CDL Pelotas associated companies that have a special stand assembly project by the exhibitor.
From February 27th to March 1st, pre-registrations will be available for other members of the CDL Pelletsand on March 2nd and 3rd, pre-registrations will open for the rest of those interested – who, later, will have to join the entity, as provided for in its Bylaws.
Pre-registration will take place on the fair’s website after completing the form. All pre-registrations will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the pre-registration and after that the approval of the pre-registration of the exhibitors will be published on the Fenadoce website.
Then, the event team will contact you to choose the space and draw up the contract, considering that the order of choice of the booth will happen according to the order of pre-registration.
Soon, Fenadoce will also disclose the date of pre-registration for the stands in the Varieties spaces, Food Court and External Area.
