Ingredients:
● 2 tablespoons of olive oil
● 1 medium chopped onion
● 2 garlic cloves, minced
● 2 medium tomatoes, chopped, skinless and seedless
● 2 teaspoons Kitano Saffron
● 400g of fish cut into small cubes
● Half a spoon (tea) of salt
● 2 cups (tea) of water
● 5 tablespoons of fine raw cassava flour
● 1 teaspoon Kitano Green Chives
● 1 teaspoon Kitano Salsa
Preparation mode:
In a medium pan, heat the oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomatoes, saffron, fish and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add the salt, water and cook for 10 minutes or until the fish falls apart.
Add the chives and parsley. Add the flour little by little, stirring constantly, so as not to form lumps. Serve immediately.
Tip: when choosing fish, choose boneless fish or remove the bones before preparing the pirão.
