INGREDIENTS
- 8 Tablespoons of Margarine Primor Every Day
- 500 Gram(s) of corn flakes
- 1 Teaspoon(s) of salt
- 2 cup(s) of water
- 1 kilo(s) of hard meat or beef
- 3 Unit(s) of garlic cloves
- 2 Unit(s) of bay leaves
- 1 sachet(s) of beef broth
- 2 Unit(s) of red onions cut into thin strips
- 2 Unit(s) of tomatoes without skin and seeds
- Coriander or chopped green chili to taste
WAY OF DOING
Carne:
In a pressure cooker, cook the meat with garlic, bay leaf and broth over medium heat for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, open the pan and check if the meat is already very soft. Let cook with the pan open until the broth dries up.
Defund the meat and book. In a deep and wide frying pan, take the Primor margarine every day to warm up. Add onion and fry until transparent. Add the meat, tomatoes, sauté for a few more minutes, add the herbs and turn off the heat.
Couscous:
In a container place the flake, the other ingredients, mix well and let it rest for 1 hour. Put water in the lower part of the couscous bowl to a height that does not touch the base with holes.
Arrange the dough on the base, press the dough a little, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes or until the characteristic odor of cooked flour is released. Remove from heat and reserve hot. Serve the couscous in slices added with Primor margarine every day and the shredded meat.
