Ingredients:
• 500g of beef of your choice (filet mignon, duckling, soft mattress)
• 1 onion
• 200g of string beans
• 300g of broccoli
• 100 ml Shoyu
• 1 spoon of sugar
• Chives, ginger and sesame to taste.
Preparation mode:
Fry the ginger with a little oil, take the beef and vegetables. After a braised, put the shoyu and sugar. Wait for it to reduce and you’re done. When serving, place Sesame and chives to taste on top.
