Specialist in the luxury market, with a focus on leisure, specifically in the construction of high-end developments in Gramado and on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul, the Auris Group launches on February 18, at 8 pm, the project for the “Rua Covered in Capão da Canoa” , a mall with several gastronomic and commercial operations.
The new space will be integrated into the development of the developer, Life Promenade Residence & Mall, which received an investment of R$ 45 million and features an open concept, without walls and with equipment that can be used by the general public.
The “Rua Covered in Capão da Canoa” – which is inspired by a promenade, will have a beautiful promenade made of Portuguese stones and will be flanked by vertical gardens – will connect the most famous avenue in the city, Paraguassu, to Rua Peri. “The mall will be part of this scenario in a harmonious way and with a lot of charm”, says the CEO of the Auris Group, Lindomar Batista dos Santos.
The executive says that the objective was to design a charming place, which is a point of coexistence and consumption – as is the famous Rua covered in Gramado. “Capão da Canoa has been growing a lot in recent years, and there is great commercial potential for a space like this one that will operate all year round and not just in the summer season”, he says, and adds: “In addition, it will generate dozens of new jobs, direct and indirect, and encourage the economic development of the municipality, which is ranked 8th among the most sought after cities in the world through the AirBNB platform for property rentals, along with cities such as Australia, Spain and Thailand. This signals that it is a desired destination.”
The Auris Group is preparing to launch the leasing of the commercial units for the next 18th. Environments will be made available for a restaurant with an international standard, a gourmet burger joint, a bistro, a brewery, a sushi house, a themed pizzeria, a cafeteria with a bookstore, boutique stores, a stage for cultural presentations , tourism agency, rental center, kiosks, among others. It is expected to be fully operational during the second half of 2023.
Life Promenade Residence & Mall is the developer’s first development with the “Auris Standard Lifestyle” concept, in line with a new style of living and living well.
