INGREDIENTS:
half a tablespoon of oil
1 clove of minced garlic
1 cup (tea) uncooked rice (170 g)
4 cups (tea) of boiling water (800 ml)
half a cup (tea) of frozen peas (60 g)
1 small chopped tomato (120 g)
half a small carrot coarsely grated (60 g)
1 envelope of VONO® Chef Reduced Sodium Onion Cream
PREPARATION MODE:
In a medium bowl, add oil and heat over high heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute, or until it begins to brown. Add the rice and sauté until completely incorporated. Add 2 cups (tea) of water (400 ml) and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, with the pan covered, or until cooked. Add peas, tomatoes and carrots and mix. Dilute the onion cream in the remaining water, pour over the rice and mix. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

With VONO®, this rice is tasty and with a creamy texture, similar to a risotto.
