INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons of TERRANO® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 medium chicken breast, skinless and boneless, cut into small cubes (330 g)
bunches of half a small bunch of ninja broccoli, boiled
half a box of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 and a half teaspoon of HOME RECIPE Less Sodium with Pepper
half a packet of spaghetti wholegrain pasta, cooked “al dente” (250 g)
PREPARATION MODE:
In a large skillet, put the olive oil and lead to high fire to warm up. Add the chicken and fry for 7 minutes, or until golden brown. Add the broccoli, cherry tomatoes and seasoning ready, and sauté for 2 minutes, or until the tomato starts to break down. Add the macaroni and mix gently until completely incorporated. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
