INGREDIENTS:
900 g ground beef duckling
1 envelope of VONO® Chef Reduced Sodium Onion Cream
100 g sliced mozzarella
1 small carrot cooked and cut into sticks
10 green beans cut in half (100 g)
2 boiled eggs, sliced
PREPARATION MODE:
In a large bowl, place the ground beef and onion cream, and mix until smooth. With the help of a rolling pin, open the meat between two plastic films, in the shape of a rectangle (35 x 40 cm). Remove the top plastic wrap, spread the mozzarella, carrots, green beans and eggs over the entire surface.
With the help of the bottom plastic, roll the roulade along the smaller side of the rectangle and place it in a large, greased rectangular baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated medium oven (180 degrees) for 50 minutes. Remove the foil and return to the oven for another 25 minutes, or until golden. Remove from the oven, slice and serve immediately.
TIP
For a more practical preparation, line the baking sheet with aluminum foil and only then place the roulade.
