INGREDIENTS:
200g frozen spinach
2 excited
half a teaspoon of salt
half a spoon (tea) of AJI-NO-MOTO®
1 pinch of ground black pepper
1 can of cream (200g)
1 and a half cup (tea) wheat flour (165 g)
3 egg whites
PREPARATION MODE:
In a medium bowl, place the spinach and microwave for 30 seconds on medium power, or until thawed. Mix and wait to cool down. Add the egg yolk, salt, ready-made seasoning, black pepper, milk cream and wheat flour, and mix well.
Add the egg whites and mix gently with circular movements from bottom to top. Distribute the dough into 6 individual soufflé molds, greased and floured, and place in a preheated medium oven (180 degrees) for 40 minutes, or until the surface is golden. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
TIP
If desired, make the soufflé in a large mold.
