Ingredients:
- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 gram of salt
- 30 grams of olive oil
- 2 grams fine herbs
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
- 1 unit pineapple in slices

Preparation mode:
First, season the fillets with salt and grill them in a frying pan. In the same skillet, add the lemon juice, zest and fine herbs. Mix the fish well in the sauce and serve with grilled pineapple to go with it, drizzled with a drizzle of honey.
