Ingredients:
- 6 units of large tomatoes
- 200g shredded chicken
- 100g cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 coffee spoon minced garlic
- 1 coffee spoon of complete seasoning without pepper
- 1 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 2 tablespoons traditional tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced green chives
Preparation mode:
First, clean the tomatoes and cut them in half, removing their pulp. Reserve.
Heat a pan with olive oil and add the already cooked and shredded chicken, butter, garlic, tomato sauce and sauté well. After that, turn off the fire and add the green smell. Reserve.
Accommodate the tomatoes on a platter and stuff them with the chicken and add the cottage cheese on top. Take to oven heated to 180 degrees to gratin. Serve it hot.
