Agency sources told Globonews that the agency’s technicians advanced the bureaucratic and regulatory work, even before the formal arrival of the Ministry of Health documents on self-tests.

This January, with the rapid advance of infections by the new variant, the agency accelerated this process. According to sources, “approval will be quick” and the agency is already “working on writing the new rules”.
