Ingredients:
1 Light Tuna Pate Gomes da Costa (150g)
4 tablespoons grated carrot on the coarse part of the grater
2 teaspoons raisins (chopped)
4 slices of whole wheat bread (about 110g)
2 large iceberg lettuce leaves, sliced
2 thin slices of fresh pineapple
Preparation mode:
Mix the carrot and raisins with the tuna pâté. On a slice of bread, spread half the amount of pâté, half the amount of lettuce and 1 slice of pineapple. Cover with another slice of bread. Proceed in the same way to assemble another sandwich. Serve immediately.
CHEF’S SAY
So that the bread is slightly crispy, pass it in a non-stick frying pan and cook over low heat until golden.
VARIATION
Replace lettuce with watercress or arugula.
