INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 300g finely grated raw cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 large chopped seedless tomato
- 1 can of tuna pieces in water drained coconut tree (170g)
- half a teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
PREPARATION MODE
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until lightly browned. Add the cauliflower, water and sauté for a few more minutes or until the cauliflower is soft. Add the tomato, tuna, salt, chives and mix gently. Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
TIP
If you prefer, you can put the cauliflower in a food processor and grind it well. Try adding grated carrots, leeks, fresh peas or corn to the stir-fry.
