Ingredients:
MASSA
- 1 cup (tea) UNIÃO refined sugar (160g)
- 3/4 cup (tea) unsalted butter (135g)
- 2 egg units (120g)
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest (2g)
- 2 cups (tea) wheat flour (220g)
- 1 tablespoon (soup) grated corn starch (8g)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (4g)
- unsalted butter for greasing
- 3 sliced banana units (450g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) grated fresh coconut (40g)
CRUMBS
- 3/4 cup (tea) unsalted butter (135g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) UNIÃO refined sugar (80g)
- 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour (55g)
- cinnamon powder to taste
Preparation mode:
MASSA
In a mixer, beat the sugar with the butter until you get a light cream. Add the eggs and lemon zest. Without beating, add the wheat flour, corn starch and baking powder. Put it in a greased medium rectangular shape. Distribute the bananas mixed with the fresh coconut.
CRUMBS
Mix the ingredients with two knives, forming a thick farofa. Cover the cake with the farofa. Bake in preheated oven.
