Ingredients:
500 g of hake fillets
half a spoon (soup) of MAGGI® Fondor
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 large onion in slices
2 tomatoes, skinned and seeded, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation mode:
In a container, season the hake fillets with the ready-made seasoning, lemon juice and parsley. Let it taste for about 15 minutes. Cover the bottom of a frying pan or pan with a layer of onions and a layer of tomatoes. Place the seasoned fillets and spread the remaining onion and tomato. Drizzle with olive oil, cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, without stirring. Serve next.
rice with shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 500g of shrimp small clean
- 1 and a half cup white rice (washed and drained)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- half a spoon (soup) of MAGGI® Fondor
- 3 cups of water (boiling)
Preparation mode:
In a pan, heat the butter, add the prawns, the rice, the parsley, the tomato paste and the ready-made seasoning, sautéing slightly. Add the boiling water and cook over low heat, with the pan half covered, for 20 minutes. Once cooked, cover the pan and let it rest for another 10 minutes. Serve.
