Ingredients:
- 500g yellow corn meal (biju)
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1.5 liters of water
- 1 Blumenau type sausage
- 2 tablespoon soybean oil
- Chopped parsley and chives to taste
Preparation mode:
Mince the garlic, fry in oil until sauteed. Add boiling water and salt.
Add the biju flour and stir until well cooked. Add the green smell, pour on a tray and wait to cool down.
Shred the sausage. Take portions of dough and fill with the sausage, and close with your hand.
Fry in hot oil.

40 to 50 dumplings
