Pudding is already delicious, but if it’s condensed milk with coconut, it’s a delicacy from the gods!
we made this pudding recipe with few ingredients and very easy to prepare. Follow the steps and enjoy the divine result!
Ingredients:
6 Unit(s) of Bread Coco Panco
1 Teaspoon(s) of sugar
1 can of condensed milk
4 unit(s) of eggs
1 1/2 cup(s) of milk tea
1 Tablespoon(s) Vanilla Essence
Preparation mode:
Hot: Heat the sugar (low) until it melts. Add ½ cups (tea) of boiling water and stir with a wooden spoon until you get a consistent syrup. Spread in a form of cake. Line the base with slices of bread Coco. Reserve.
Blend the condensed milk with the remaining ingredients in a blender and place on top of the bread slices. Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie (medium) oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
