Ingredients (yield: 2 cups):
- 200ml of natural yogurt
- 200g of frozen fruit (banana and manga)
- 2 Brazil nuts
- 1 mint leaf
- honey (optional)
Preparation mode:
Beat the yogurt with the fruits and the chestnuts in the blender. The more frozen the fruits are, the creamier the drink will be.
