Ingredients:
2 cups (tea) of cooked Camil Rice;
1 cup (tea) thick grated parmesan cheese;
1 tablespoon (soup) chopped green smell;
1 tablespoon (soup) baking powder;
1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour;
3 units of beaten egg;
30 units of mozzarella cheese cut into strips;
frying oil.
Preparation mode:
In a bowl, place the cooked rice, the grated parmesan cheese, the green smell, the baking powder, the wheat flour and the eggs. Mix well.
In a deep pan, heat the oil over medium heat.
Make the dumplings with the help of two spoons and fill with a strip of cheese.
Form the dumplings and fry until lightly golden.
Place in a container with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Serve next.
