Ingredients:
- 250g de Trigo para Kibe Or
- 500g minced meat
- 1 medium onion
- a little mint
- 100% Kitano Black Pepper Powder to taste
- salt to taste
Preparation mode:
Place the wheat in a bowl and cover with water. Soak in water for 3 hours. Place the wheat in a clean cloth and squeeze until all the water is removed. Reserve. In a blender, beat the onion with the mint, salt and black pepper. Reserve. In a bowl, combine the seasoning mixture, the wheat and the meat. Mix well.
Model the kibbeh. Heat the airfryer and place the kibbeh on the tray at 180°C for about 15 minutes. It is important to turn the sides of the kibbeh halfway through the preparation time in the electric fryer.
