4 pieces of Tuscan Pamplona sausage
1 package of Pamplona seasoned Madrid Filet
Italian bread for bruschetta
½ red pepper
½ red onion
Olive oil
*BBQ sticks for skewers
Preparation mode:
Put the sausage to cook in boiling water for a few minutes. Meanwhile, chop the bell pepper and red onion into square slices.
Cut the fillet into large cubes. After cooked, chop the sausages into slices. Assemble the skewers in the following order: start with a piece of fillet and continue alternating with the vegetables and ham sausage.
Throw a little olive oil between the skewers and grill over high heat until golden brown.
